The location was incredible, near Academy Bridge. There were boutiques and small supermarkets around the hotel. The restaurant was excellent for dinner-good food and service here, I had wonderful dishes. I truly enjoyed both wake-up service and comfy bed.

Bountiful and exceptionally good breakfast with excellent pastries for all tastes. Location - magnificent and particularly good very close to a cosy garden, the Grand Canal and water taxi service and the quayside of the larger canal. For tea or coffee visit Beccafico Bar & Snack nearby.

The accommodation was unusual with genuinely helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and airy here with TV, romantic decoration, as for instance. The restaurant served a good choice of meals for breakfast. The service was marvellous and the food was good. The property's location was perfect and peaceful, next to the Vaporetto stop.

Really enjoyed the way our twin/double room with balcony facing the garden was. The personnel were pleasant and competent and made us feel welcome. You could leave a car outside. The location was marvellous, close to Academy Bridge. And the area was nice enough, near to the airport and Lido ferries, cafes, and the train station.

Breakfast was delicious, the location was Amazing! Basilica san marco was located in the immediate surroundings. Ristorante san trovaso is set 400 feet away from the property.
