We had a comfortable bedroom. It had a comfy bed and included a fairly clean bathroom a hairdryer, a bidet, and a shower cap. Our accommodation was set in a central location so close to the bridge, restaurant and the Giardini and Arsenale. Seafood restaurant Harry Ramsden's was located 5 minutes walk away.

Excellent location in the very pleasant area, really close to Zattere water bus to-and-from airport, a lovely outdoor garden covered with vines and the airport and Lido ferries on the Giudecca Canal. And 10 mins walk to Lower Gardens.

Came here for 3 night stay, had a fairly nice experience. Everything was great and within 20 minutes' drive of Marco Polo airport. I had twin/double room that also was complete with view towards the Zattere, the garden, sofa bed.

The location was incredible, near Academy Bridge. There were boutiques and small supermarkets around the hotel. The restaurant was excellent for dinner-good food and service here, I had wonderful dishes. I truly enjoyed both wake-up service and comfy bed.

Really enjoyed the way our twin/double room with balcony facing the garden was. The personnel were pleasant and competent and made us feel welcome. You could leave a car outside.
